CodeBuddy IDE deeply integrates intelligent development capabilities, with core features supporting natural language-driven multi-file collaborative development, precise association of various context types, and intelligent code assistance. Combined with visual tools and multi-model adaptability, it helps developers focus on core logic and enables rapid deployment from requirements to production. The specific features include:
Agent Input natural language to describe task requirements and optionally associate context such as specific files or directories to start executing tasks, enabling multi-file code generation and modification.
Plan Mode 支持： Supports requirement analysis, system design, task breakdown, and planning based on natural language descriptions, generating an executable structured requirement document (PRD). Manual toggling is supported.
Context Supports adding Rules, File & Folder, Git, Terminal, and Docs as context for the AI model.
Tab Supports multi-line intelligent code completion. Based on the current code content and project context analysis, multi-line code suggestions are provided, and a “next edit suggestion” feature based on historical edits is supported, which can be accepted using the Tab key.
Quick Action Tool Includes Config Integration, Select from Figma, Select Components, Deploy, Config MCP, and Preview, providing quick coding operation tools for developers.
Inline Chat Change requirements through natural language descriptions, edit the selected code, and immediately see the effects of changes directly in the selected code.
